About
My passion for design has always shaped the direction of my work. It led me to study Interior Design at the University of the Arts London, where I developed a deep appreciation for space, proportion, materials, and form. That foundation continues to influence the way I design gardens today, allowing me to consider each project not simply as an outdoor space, but as part of a wider relationship between architecture, landscape, and the home.
After graduating, I began my career working across a number of respected design practices before joining the studio of internationally acclaimed landscape designer Luciano Giubbilei. My ten years there were an important and formative part of my career, giving me the opportunity to work at the highest level of landscape design. During that time, the studio received three RHS Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medals, including the prestigious Best in Show award.
My dream had always been to establish my own practice, and in 2012 that became a reality. Based between the UK and my native Portugal, my studio is dedicated to creating beautifully crafted landscapes that feel elegant, timeless, and deeply connected to their setting.
My work is guided by a quiet and considered design language, balancing contemporary and classical influences with a strong attention to detail, materiality, and atmosphere. I aim to create gardens that feel refined yet natural, purposeful yet calm — spaces that are designed to mature gracefully and offer enduring beauty over time.
